Robert R. Kreitz concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and elder law.
Mr. Kreitz received his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law. He was admitted to practice in 1978 and has been practicing law in Berks County since that time. A resident of Spring Township, Mr. Kreitz had been a shareholder/partner with the firm of Kozloff Stoudt, formerly Rhoda Stoudt and Bradley, prior to joining Roland & Schlegel, P.C. in June 2001.
Mr. Kreitz presently serves as Chairman of the Estate Planning/Elder Law Section of the Berks County Bar Association. He also served as Program Chair and as a council member of the Probate Division of the Real Property and Probate and Trust Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Section. He is also a member of the Berks County Orphans' Court Rules Committee, and has served as Chairperson of the Senior Citizens' Handbook Committee of the Berks County Bar Association. He is a former Solicitor to the Register of Wills of Berks County, and has lectured frequently on estate matters for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
A lifelong professional musician, Mr. Kreitz has also served on numerous community non-profit boards, most recently as President of the Reading Musical Foundation and presently serves as Vice Chairperson of Home Health Care Management.
